Its funny how you spend years being told you cant leave the table without finishing your plate even if your full. Now we findout that its wasnt a good idea and it for some people creats future problems like being over weight. Cause it sticks in your mind that you have to finish everything you put on your plate or get served to you. Trying to change eating habits is the hardest things I have ever...
